PROCESSING NOTICE In terms of Section 18 of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) issued by: Omoda Jaecoo Menlyn (Hereafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”)

We collect personal information directly from you—whether in person, via our website, or through any interaction with our services—for the purposes of conducting our business, including the sale and servicing of vehicles.

In terms of legislation such as FICA or FAIS, certain information is mandatory, including:

  • ID Document or verification
  • Proof of residence and income
  • Driver’s licence (where applicable)
  • Contact and vehicle-related details (e.g. VIN, registration)

Additional information is voluntarily provided to fulfil contracts or to access requested products and services.

4. Consequences of Withholding Information

We process personal information strictly in accordance with legal and contractual requirements, acting as the Responsible Party when determining processing purposes, and as an Operator when doing so on behalf of another party.
